Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and student-focused Student Advisors to guide prospective learners through program selection and enrollment. The role involves understanding student needs and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on programs and career pathways Understand learner goals and recommend suitable courses Handle inbound and outbound communication via calls, WhatsApp, and email Follow up with leads and maintain records using CRM systems Support students during enrollment and onboarding Coordinate with academic and operations teams Ensure a professional and positive student experience

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduation in any discipline Experience in student counseling or education advisory roles is an advantage Strong English communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Good interpersonal and time-management skills Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
