FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
( candidates with sales and marketing experience along with an excellent convincing and communication ability ,which is required to convert leads to admissions preferred)
Organize and conduct one-on-one or group mock interviews tailored to the specific needs of the students
Provide personalized coaching based on each student's background, strengths, and weaknesses.
Focus on improving key areas such as communication skills, body language, problem-solving abilities, and cultural awareness.
Assist students in preparing for various types of interviews.
Train students to answer unexpected or difficult questions with confidence and clarity.
Provide constructive feedback on performance after each mock interview.
Offer suggestions for improving verbal and non-verbal communication, including tone, posture, eye contact, and professionalism.
Identify areas where students need more practice and work with them to enhance their overall interview skills
Teach students about cultural norms and expectations for interviews in different countries, especially if they are applying to universities or jobs in specific regions
Help students understand how to adapt their responses and behaviour to fit the cultural expectations of the country they are applying to.
Assist students in crafting personal statements, application essays, or motivation letters, as these often form a key part of university admission or scholarship interviews.
Ensure students can articulate their goals, achievements, and reasons for pursuing their chosen course or career path during the interview
Coordinate mock interview schedules and ensure that students are adequately prepared before each session.
keep track of students' progress and re-schedule mock sessions as needed.
Keep up with current trends and changes in interview formats, such as the increasing use of virtual interviews or specific country-based interview protocols.
Adapt training methods and materials accordingly to reflect the latest interview standards.
Train students on key soft skills required for successful interviews, such as time management, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and confidence-building techniques.
Maintain records of student progress, tracking improvements in their interview performance over time.
Provide feedback reports to both students and relevant academic advisors or counselors to monitor readiness for actual interviews.
Work closely with other trainers or counselors at the study abroad company, such as those focusing on application writing, visa guidance, or academic counseling.
Collaborate to offer a holistic approach to preparing students for their study abroad journey.
Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas as per their requirements

Assisting clients in paying Tuition fees and checking that they are paid in a timely manner so that their offer is not lapse, and take steps to obtain the final offer letter, CAS and COE before the deadline, which are the documents required to apply for a visa.
Maintaining
accurate ledger and computer

of students counselled and applications sent, overseas.
Liaising with students, other offices, and client institutions
Guide the students for
pre-departure information
Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
