Respond to student queries via phone, email, or virtual meetings
Maintain student records and ensure regular follow-ups
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve admission targets
Ensure a professional and supportive communication experience
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for helping students shape their future
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Tele-counselling is a plus (Freshers with strong communication welcome!)
