Key Responsibilities

- Advise students on study-abroad options, top universities, courses, and country requirements.

- Handle student queries with clarity, confidence, and zero fluff.

- Assist with application processes, documentation, and basic admissions guidance.

- Maintain follow-up records, convert leads, and ensure students don't ghost their own dreams.

- Collaborate with the team to deliver the smoothest onboarding experience possible.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or (mandatory).

- Minimum 1 year experience in study-abroad counselling or a closely related field (we love people who already know the game).

- Strong communication skills -- clear, convincing, and student-friendly.

- Ability to multitask without melting.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn fast.
