JD -Student Advisor
An Student Advisor Sales Executive guides students through academic
programs, explains course details, and achieves enrollment targets through sales techniques
like calling leads and conducting presentations. Key responsibilities include counseling
students and parents, handling sales-related queries, managing leads, and maintaining CRM
databases. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion skills, and a target-driven
mindset, combining educational guidance with sales objectives.
Core responsibilities
? Sales and lead management: Make inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads,
and conduct sales presentations to convert prospects into enrolled students.
? Student counseling: Provide one-on-one sessions to help students understand
course details, select appropriate programs, and align their choices with career
goals.
? Admissions and enrollment: Explain admissions processes, requirements, and
enrollment procedures to students and their parents.
? Customer relationship management: Maintain a database of prospects, track student
interactions, and handle inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and build
rapport.
? Sales target achievement: Work in a target-driven environment to achieve and
exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals through consultative sales methods.
Key skills and Qualifications
? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and
strong -presentation skills are essential for explaining programs and persuading
potential students.
? Sales and persuasion: Ability to understand student needs, create a need for the
product, handle objections, and negotiate effectively to close sales.
? Interpersonal skills: Strong ability to build rapport and empathy with students and
parents.
? Technical skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is
often required.
? Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree
? Experience:Min 6 months Experience in Edtech Sales

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
