Key Responsibilities
Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed enrollments by clearly explaining program offerings and admission procedures
Offer personalized counseling and support to students and their families throughout the decision-making process
Meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets
Engage with potential students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online sessions/webinars
Conduct prompt and consistent follow-ups to maintain interest and close admissions efficiently
Keep all student information and activity updates accurately recorded in the CRM system
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, sales, or counseling roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to resolve student queries and provide effective guidance
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools
Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video
