Key Responsibilities:
Manage student admissions, including handling registration fees and achieving enrollment targets
Understand student and parent needs to pitch suitable programs effectively
Convert leads into enrollments and meet quarterly sales quotas
Conduct counseling sessions and interactions with students and parents
Guide students through course selection, application processes, and documentation requirements
Provide up-to-date information about admission and enrollment procedures
Ensure timely handling of student applications and communications
Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow-up activities efficiently
Requirements:
Strong ability to empathize and build trust with students and parents
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales goals
Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management
Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Must have working Laptop and Stable net work
