Your Role:

Engage with students and parents to explain our academic programs Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process Follow up with leads and ensure timely support Maintain student records and manage interactions via CRM tools Achieve monthly admission targets (with support and training!) Be a constant source of motivation and assistance for students

Who We're Looking For:

Fluent in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a bonus!) Prior experience in sales, counseling, or customer service is a plus Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome! A confident, positive, and target-driven personality Comfortable working with computers and CRM software Must be available to work

at our Technopark office
