Key Responsibilities

Convert inquiries into admissions by explaining course features, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
Meet monthly admission and counseling targets consistently.
Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual sessions.
Maintain timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
Update all student interactions, records, and progress details accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups.
Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
