We are looking for a

Student Admission Counselor

who is student-focused, well-organized, and passionate about education. The role involves guiding prospective students through academic programs, understanding their learning needs, and supporting them in making informed enrollment decisions.

This position requires strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent follow-ups with students.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students on available academic programs and learning pathways Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses Communicate with students via phone, email, and online platforms Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrollment operations Meet individual and team performance objectives

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in

student admissions / education counseling / academic advisory

roles Strong verbal and written communication skills in

English

Ability to explain programs clearly and professionally Good organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working with targets and timelines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Prior experience in the

education or EdTech industry
