Key Responsibilities
Manage walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from students and parents.
Clearly explain NEET & JEE course offerings, fee structures, batches, and institute advantages.
Engage in regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate admission data and update student records in the system.
Counsel students to help them select the right program based on their academic goals.
Coordinate with academic teams regarding demo sessions, schedules, and orientations.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to center performance.
Participate in seminars, promotional events, and education fairs as required.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled students.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0.6-1 years of experience as an Admission Counselor/Academic Counselor (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust with students and parents.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
Goal-driven with strong follow-up skills.
