You will manage the Front Desk operations for and work as a Mentor for students who walk in directly.
Greet the customers, walk-in enquiries for admissions, job interviews and vendors.
Ensure all interactions between the administration, employees, customers, and outside services run as smoothly as possible.
Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate Associate.
Contacting Students for Payment follow- up and admission process
Provide callers with information, such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
Receiving, time stamping, sorting, and forwarding incoming mail.
Follow-up with clients/customers
Manage documents electronically and prepare reports on inventory, walk-in etc.
