Job Profile: Student Acquisition Executive
Position Overview:
The Student Acquisition Executive at Student Grad is responsible for reaching out to prospective students, generating leads, and guiding them toward choosing the best study abroad options. This role focuses on building strong relationships with potential clients, managing communication across multiple channels, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, highly motivated, and results driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Management:
Actively source and identify potential student leads through various channels, including online platforms, databases, and referrals.
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interaction details.
Outreach and Engagement:
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about study abroad programs and services.
Set up meetings with students via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in-person as required.
Send brochures, emails, and WhatsApp messages to share relevant program details and updates.
Answer queries and address concerns to build trust and establish relationships with students and their families.
Counseling and Sales:
Provide personalized advice to students on study options, course suitability, and career pathways.
Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating program benefits and addressing concerns.
Reporting and Targets:
Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets as set by the management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, meetings, leads, and enrollments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Student Counsellors and Marketing team to ensure smooth lead transitions and alignment on student acquisition strategies.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve outreach methods and engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Fresh graduates with a specialization in Sales or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
Any prior experience in tele sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition will be a plus, preferably in the education or study abroad industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital communication platforms like Microsoft Teams.
