Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
Contact potential students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups generated through marketing leads.
Pitch academic programs clearly and confidently to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Sales Conversion
Handle objections related to fees, eligibility, and program value to close sales effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Follow-ups & Closures
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads until closure.
Ensure timely completion of the admission and payment process.
Data & Reporting
Update lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion details in CRM or tracking systems.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding.
Market Awareness
Stay updated on program pricing, offers, and competitor sales strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or education sales preferred (freshers can apply).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Willingness to work in a performance-driven sales environment with growth opportunities.
