Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Architecture and MEP departments & external consultants to meet project requirement
• Co-ordination from conception stage to final design stage
• Reviews of analysis, design, drawing and detailing of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Shear Walls, Retaining walls, Isolated, Strip, Raft, Pile and Piled-raft foundations etc
• Review of preliminary and final design report (including BOQ and specifications).
• Review of analysis models (Etabs, SAFE & Staad-Pro). Should have experience of modelling in these software's.
• Review the structural design and drawings wrt codal compliant. (Must have knowledge of all relevant IS-Codes, as well as British & American codes).
• Review of all shop drawings.
• Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage through final construction,

Scheduling & coordinating all design processes.
Qualifications:
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
Excellence in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software and MS Office.
