Job Description

Collaborate with teams, optimize costs, meet deadlines. Create structural drawings ( AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD ) for Frames, Slabs, Foundations. Analyze loads ( Seismic, Wind, Dynamic ) per IS 456, IS 1893. Ensure safety ( NBC, IBC ) accessibility, sports - specific loads ( if grounds ) Work with architects, MEP, contractors. Handle site visits, permits Track costs, timelines, BOQs Prepare calculations, drawings, safety reports. File approvals ( local, structural audits ) o Manage material specs, value engineering. o Schools Classrooms, Labs, Auditoriums Vibration, Acoustics. o Stadiums, bleachers, crowd loads, drainage.
