Job Description

Create and maintain detailed BIM models according to project specifications and standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary project information. Ensure BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to design intent. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve any modeling conflicts. Implement and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the development and implementation of BIM execution plans. Provide support and training on BIM software and workflows to team members. Conduct regular quality checks and audits of BIM models. Generate detailed construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role in the construction or architectural industry. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
