We are seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor to join our client for a major oil and gas project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising all on-site structural construction activities, including concrete and steel structures, foundations, and underground works, ensuring execution in line with approved drawings, project specifications and Saudi Aramco standards.
The successful candidate will lead subcontractors and site crews, enforce strict HSE compliance, monitor quality and progress, and coordinate closely with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and planning teams. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on site experience in oil and gas projects, and the ability to work effectively in a multinational, multicultural environment.
