Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineering Consultant to assess and redesign an existing building that is approximately 30 years old.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess the existing structure Identify structural issues and safety concerns Propose strengthening or retrofitting solutions Prepare structural designs, drawings, and reports Ensure compliance with current building codes Provide technical support during construction as needed

Requirements:

Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (or equivalent) 8+ years of experience in structural assessment and retrofitting Experience with existing and aging buildings preferred
