Structural Engineer -

Job description:

Roles And Responsibilities :

Review, interpret, and execute structural drawings, design reports, and specifications
for high-rise, luxury residential, and hotel projects.

Coordinate with structural consultants to ensure accurate execution of columns,
beams, slabs, shear walls, and foundations.

Conduct site inspections to verify structural integrity and resolve reinforcement and
detailing issues.

Identify structural discrepancies early and coordinate with consultants for timely
corrective measures.

Verify concrete mix designs, cube test results, and maintain complete structural
quality documentation.

Oversee civil works including block work, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, false
ceilings, facade works, and external development with premium quality standards.

Manage and coordinate civil, structural, MEP, interior, and finishing activities for
smooth project execution.

Supervise high-end finishing works such as marble/granite installation,
wooden/UPVC elements etc.

Ensure flawless execution of waterproofing, insulation, drainage slopes, and service
routing--critical for luxury hotels and residences.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks as per approved
drawings and project timelines.

Supervise manpower, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality
workmanship.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams for technical clarifications
and approvals.

Conduct regular site inspections, prepare snag lists, and ensure high-end quality
standards are achieved.

Maintain daily site reports, quality checklists, and structural/civil test documentation. Prepare measurement sheets, BOQs, progress reports, and contractor bills. Ensure documentation for quality audits, statutory approvals, and compliance is
properly maintained.

Verify material specifications and ensure timely procurement of approved structural
and finishing materials.

Monitor material consumption, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and resource allocation at site. Enforce site safety protocols and safe work practices across all construction activities.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
