Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Site Structural Engineer

to oversee and manage all structural works at the construction site. The role focuses on execution, quality control, coordination, and ensuring that structural activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all

structural construction activities

at site (foundation, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and steel works). Ensure execution of work as per

approved structural drawings and specifications

. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site staff for daily activities. Check reinforcement, formwork, and concrete quality before and during execution. Monitor material quality and usage at site. Identify and resolve structural issues during construction. Ensure compliance with

IS codes, safety norms, and quality standards

. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Coordinate with consultants and project managers for technical clarifications. Ensure work completion within planned timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

5-10 years of experience

as a Site Structural Engineer. Hands-on experience in RCC and basic steel structure works. Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

RCC execution and site practices

. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. Good knowledge of construction materials and quality control. Leadership and site coordination skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
