Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Structural Engineer - M.E. Civil

engineering from reputed institution with minimum

5 years and above experience

to oversee and manage

RCC Design Work,

on-site construction activities for our diverse projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality control. Interpret and implement drawings, blueprints, and technical designs at the site. Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials to optimize resource utilization. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site activities. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site. Verify and maintain accurate documentation, including material usage and work logs.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in a similar role. Sound knowledge of

RCC Design Work

, construction techniques, and materials. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Thorough understanding of safety standards and procedures. Willingness to travel to project locations across Tamil Nadu.
