2-3 Years of experience as a structural engineer position with Commercial buildings experience

Qualification:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with strong expertise in STAAD Pro / ETABS software. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing accurate structural models, performing analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role requires working closely with the design and project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and efficient structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze structural models using

STAAD Pro or ETABS.

Perform structural analysis and design calculations for various types of structures. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs. Review and optimize designs for cost, safety, and performance. Provide technical guidance and resolve structural issues during the project lifecycle.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in

STAAD Pro

or

ETABS

software. Strong knowledge of structural design principles and relevant codes (IS codes, etc.). Ability to create, modify, and validate structural models. Good understanding of steel, concrete, and composite structure design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in structural modeling and analysis. Exposure to Commercial buildings or industrial projects will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
