Role Overview

We are looking for a

Structural Engineer

to support homeowners in their home-building journey. You will clarify their doubts, guide them with the right information, and ensure they have a smooth, confident experience with Koloapp.

Key Responsibilities

Advise customers throughout their home building journey and clarify doubts. Handle multiple clients with diverse requirements, providing tailored advice and solutions. Conduct online meetings to understand user needs and preferences. Prepare detailed reports to enhance the overall customer experience. Allocate the right resources to meet customer needs. Coordinate and assist programs with the Lead Advisor to ensure smooth operations. Ensure timely reporting, follow-ups, and consistent client support. Own and drive site visits to meet conversion and experience targets.
Requirements

Education: Background in

Structural Design

or

Architecture

(preferred).

4 years of experience

in the home construction industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in understanding customer requirements and providing practical solutions. Passion for home design, quality work, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?44,526.46 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
