Confianza Structures is a structural detailing company specializing in high-quality rebar detailing and shop drawings for global construction projects. We are currently expanding our engineering team in Trivandrum.
Job Responsibilities
Assign tasks and supervise the rebar detailing team to ensure quality and timely output.
Review reinforcement shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per Middle East project standards.
Verify drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, codes, and project specifications.
Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements and resolve detailing issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time submission of drawings and documentation.
Guide junior detailers and maintain quality standards across project deliverables.
Requirements
BE/BTech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong checking experience may also apply).
1-3 years of experience as a Rebar QC/Checking Engineer.
Middle East project experience is a privilege.
Strong knowledge of rebar detailing codes, standards, and structural drawings.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ZW CAD, CADS RC, RebarCAD, etc.
Strong communication skills in English.
