We seek a highly analytical and experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical team, ensuring the safety and physical integrity of our landmark projects.
Role & Core Responsibilities
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the integrity of our designs from conception to completion. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and practical construction oversight.
Design and Analysis
Perform complex calculations related to pressure, loads, and stresses on structures.
Prepare detailed structural reports, designs, and drawings using industry best practices.
Analyze structural configurations and structural stability for foundational and vertical components.
Modelling and Simulation
Utilize STAAD Pro, AutoCAD/Revit or similar CAD software for accurate structural simulation and design.
Material Selection and Safety
Evaluate strength and durability of construction materials as per project specifications and budget.
Provide expert advice on safe designs that comply with all relevant building codes and IS regulations.
Project and Site Management
Liaise and coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and Project Managers.
Monitor work on-site to ensure adherence to approved structural specifications and standards.
Support in obtaining and managing planning and building regulation approvals.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
2-4 years of proven experience working specifically as a Structural Engineer.
Mandatory proficiency in STAAD Pro and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit or similar).
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and IS Codes.
Strong understanding of Physics and Advanced Mathematics applied to structural mechanics.
Analytical thinking, 3D conceptual skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience in project and budget management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines without compromising quality.
