Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer - L2 to join our team. The role involves working onoffshore/onshore structures, heavy modules, and complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will havestrong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring structuralintegrity throughout project execution.Key Responsibilitieso Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for structural engineering queries.o Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Project, Mechanical, Piping, E&I;).o Mentor and guide engineers during concept development and 3D modeling.o Serve as Lead Structural Engineer on large projects.o Review and approve structural analyses for dynamics, transportation, and lifting.o Provide technical support during fabrication and resolve shop challenges.o Perform offshore structural design and analysis (FPSOs) using SACS/Staad Offshore.o Design large modules (>1500 tons) for lifting, transport, and installation.o Support Balance of Plant (BoP) engineering and proposal-stage deliverables.o Ensure compliance with structural codes, standards, and best practices.o Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, budget, and on-time delivery

.Key Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in structural design and analysis
.o Proficiency in SACS, Staad Offshore, and related tools.

Knowledge of offshore/onshore structures, fatigue analysis, FPSOs. Familiarity with sea fastening, rigging, and SPMT arrangements. Strong problem-solving and shop-floor troubleshooting skills. Leadership, communication, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Focus on budget control, timely delivery, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's/Master's in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in structural engineering (offshore/onshore projects)
.o Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.

Knowledge of international codes and standards.
