Job summary

Seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in structural audits and residential and institutional projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Audit

: Conduct detailed structural audits of residential and institutional buildings to assess their condition and compliance with safety standards.

Design and Analysis

: Develop and analyze structural designs using advanced engineering principles to ensure stability and safety.

Site Inspections

: Perform on-site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure alignment with design specifications.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to deliver projects within time and budget constraints.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all projects comply with local and national building codes and regulations.

Software Proficiency

: STAAD.Pro, ETABS
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in audits and residential and institutional projects.

Education

: M.Tech/M.E in Structural Engineering or a related field.

Work Environment

: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both office and on-site responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with high-rise building projects Familiarity with advanced structural analysis software
