We are seeking a technically sound Civil Engineer with a specialization in structural design for our Gurgaon office. The candidate must be an expert in ETABS and capable of handling high-rise or commercial building analysis independently. This role requires a professional who can deliver precise structural calculations and coordinate with site teams to ensure design integrity.
Core Responsibilities:
Structural Analysis: Create complex 3D models in ETABS for RCC and Steel structures.
Design & Detailing: Perform gravity and lateral load analysis (Seismic & Wind) as per IS 1893 and IS 875.
Software Integration: Use SAFE for foundation design and AutoCAD for structural drawings.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive Design Calculation Reports and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Site Coordination: Visit Gurgaon-based sites to ensure construction aligns with structural drawings & specifications.
Compliance: Ensure design meets relevant BIS codes and client requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Experience: Exactly 3-4 years in a structural design role (mandatory).
Software Skills:
o ETABS (Advanced level)-- must be able to pass a technical test
o SAFE (foundation design)
o AutoCAD (structural detailing)
Technical Knowledge:
o Seismic & wind load design as per IS codes
o RCC & steel design fundamentals
o Knowledge of IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, SP-16 etc.
Other Requirements:
o Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
o Good communication for team & site coordination
o Gurgaon or NCR-based candidates preferred
