Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review
structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, bar bending schedules (BBS), and fabrication drawings
.
Perform
structural analysis and design
for RCC and steel structures using relevant codes and software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure proper integration of designs.
Conduct site visits for inspection, quality checks, and to verify design implementation.
Prepare
Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
including project scope, design criteria, structural calculations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC, and other applicable standards.
Provide technical support for tenders, bids, and client presentations.
Assist in preparing progress reports, material submittals, and documentation for approvals.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of RCC & steel design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro/ETABS.
Good knowledge of IS Codes, detailing standards, and construction practices.
