Job Overview:

We are hiring a Structural Engineer for a prestigious Japanese construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structural design, analysis, and site execution for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and conventional structures. The role demands expertise in load assessment, stability analysis, and project coordination to ensure quality execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for PEBs and conventional structures as per relevant standards. Evaluate structural performance including load reactions, stability, and integration of PEB systems. Coordinate with Japanese design consultants, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Supervise on-site structural works to ensure they align with design specifications and resolve technical issues. Ensure structural compliance with wind, seismic, and live load requirements; propose design modifications where needed. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design calculations, and reports in line with IS, AISC, and international standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to deliver optimized structural solutions.
