Job Description

Prepare detailed drawings of structural components and systems Collaborate with engineers and architects to refine design concepts Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers Create 3D models of structures using CAD software Calculate dimensions, weights, and stresses of various materials Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials and construction methods Perform site visits to gather data and verify measurements Update project documentation as changes are made Provide assistance in the preparation of project estimates and schedules Ensure proper document management and filing of all blueprints and plans Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to clarify design details
