Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Structural Drafter

with hands-on experience in

USA-based wood-framed projects

. The role involves preparing and coordinating structural drawings for residential and low-rise buildings, with a strong emphasis on

AutoCAD drafting, Xref coordination

, and adherence to US construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

structural drawings and construction documents

for USA-based single-family, multi-family, renovations, retrofit projects etc.

Draft plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules for

wood-framed structures

.

Work extensively with

AutoCAD Xrefs

, coordinating architectural, structural, and consultant drawings.

Ensure proper layer management, drawing standards, and file organization as per company and US client requirements.

Update drawings based on engineer markups, design revisions, and plan check comments.

Coordinate with structural engineers to clarify design intent and resolve drafting issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
