Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: - Technical design lead responsible for the Civil / Structural and Mechanical (Duct | Tanks | Silos | Scrubbers etc.,) design. - Responsible for overseeing and managing the design team. - Take the lead in developing and reviewing the design calculations and analysis for a wide range of products. - Designing Harmony AQS products like ESP, Fabric filter, Flue gas desulphurization, wet gas scrubber etc., - Knowledge in codes & standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure that designs and installations comply with applicable regulations and guidelines.Work in accordance with professional standards, practices and laws, specifications defined by the client, market standards and budget. - Responsible to ensure consistency with defined design conditions. To manage and to resolve technical issues with construction, manufacturing and erection companies as well as customer complaints.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Person in this role would be required to carry out the following activities: - Analyzing the customer's specifications and highlight the consequences on and related equipment. - To prepare Design basis, Calculation reports with proper design details, procedures, and standards. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project activities. - Managing projects, developing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables. - Supporting sales and proposal team in estimation. - Optimizing design according to technical and budget criteria. - Participating in the review of technical design with other disciplines and customer - Participating in audits of design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Clearly communicate technical aspects, ideas and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate engineer with a minimum of 90% marks average. - The incumbent must have a working knowledge and experience for atleast 18 to 20 years in an EPC, Engineering consultancy firm would be also considered as relevant. - The candidate must have fluency in MS office software. - The incumbent must be able to speak in English.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
