WE ARE HIRING - Structural Design Engineer (Mechanical) Experience: 0-2 Years Location: Onsite - Kolkata Heinrich Safety Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Structural Design Engineer (Mechanical) to support the engineering and design of certified fall protection and rooftop safety systems. This role is based onsite in Kolkata and involves close collaboration with design, production, and installation teams. Role Summary The selected candidate will be responsible for the structural analysis, mechanical design, and preparation of detailed drawings for fall protection systems such as lifeline systems, skylight protection covers, and rooftop guardrails. Key Responsibilities Perform structural analysis and design of lifeline systems, skylight protection covers, guardrails, and related components using STAAD Pro Prepare 2D layout, general arrangement (GA), fabrication, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD Develop mechanical designs and assemblies for fall protection safety systems Interpret site sketches and architectural drawings for rooftop safety layouts Manage drawing revisions, updates, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation Provide technical support to production and installation teams as required Required Skills Technical Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD for mechanical and structural drawings Working knowledge of STAAD Pro for steel structure analysis Understanding of sheet metal design, fabrication processes, and fasteners Domain Knowledge Exposure to fall protection systems, lifelines, and rooftop safety solutions (preferred) Professional Skills Strong communication and coordination abilities High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Willingness to work onsite and support site activities when required Qualifications B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution 0-2 years of relevant experience Fresh graduates with strong design software proficiency are encouraged to apply Compensation & Work Location Compensation: As per industry standards Work Location: 120 Canal Street, Shreebhumi, Laketown, Kolkata - 700048 (Onsite) Application Interested candidates are requested to send their resume to: anamitra@hsspl.in
