Overview:

The Design coordinator with 4-10 years of experience in high-rise residential and

commercial buildings. The role requires strong communication, technical expertise, and

coordination skills. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering /Architectural is

mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

? Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for design alignment.

? Review and validate design briefs, drawings, and GFC documentation.

? Provide technical support to site teams and ensure timely design delivery.

? Implement value engineering for cost efficiency.

? Support contracts team in design-related tenders and documentation.

? Manage escalations and oversee team performance.

Requirements:

? Diploma /Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.

? 4+ years in Architectural & structural coordination.

? Proficient in Auto cad ,MS office.

? Experience in high-rise structures and residential villas.

? Strong Knowledge in construction practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
