Qualifications

: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a closely related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in designing solar power plants

Required Skills

:

Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including

Staad Pro, SketchUp, and AutoCAD

. Strong understanding of structural codes and regulations about solar installations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all aspects of structural design for assigned solar projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and project objectives. Leverage your expertise to develop innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions while adhering to established engineering practices. Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and financing partners. Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently, fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes quality and efficiency.
