Solve design and field issues promptly during project execution.
Prepare structural reports and documentation for clients and regulatory authorities.
Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and materials in construction engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
Licensed Structural Engineer or equivalent certifications preferred.
0-3 years of experience in residential or commercial building projects.
Proficient in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE).
Strong knowledge of materials science, load calculations, and building codes (e.g., IS codes).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills
Experience in designing RCC structures and framed buildings.
Knowledge of green building practices and sustainable construction methods.
