Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer with strong exposure to Solid Waste Management (SWM), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and other infrastructure projects. The role involves structural design, along with DPR preparation, RFP documentation, EPC project support, running bill preparation, and cost estimation for environmental and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities



Structural Design & Engineering

Structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for SWM, STP, and infrastructure projects, including plant buildings, tanks, sheds, equipment foundations, drains, and utility structures. Preparation of design calculations, GFC drawings, and structural BOQs. Ensure compliance with IS Codes, NBC, seismic, wind, and environmental load requirements.
SWM, STP & Infrastructure Project Experience

Experience in SWM projects such as RDF plants, composting units, MRFs, C&D waste facilities, and waste-to-energy projects. Experience in STP projects, including aeration tanks, clarifiers, equalization tanks, pump houses, and associated civil works. Exposure to other infrastructure projects such as roads, drains, culverts, industrial buildings, utilities, and municipal infrastructure. Coordination with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process teams.
DPR (Detailed Project Report) Preparation

Preparation and review of DPRs for SWM, STP, and infrastructure projects. Site surveys, feasibility studies, capacity planning, and cost estimation. Preparation of technical reports, drawings, BOQs, and financial inputs.
RFP / Tender Documentation

Preparation and review of RFP, RFQ, and tender documents. Drafting technical specifications, scope of work, BOQs, and compliance matrices. Support tender submissions and client/ULB clarifications.
EPC Project Execution & Running Bill Preparation

Support execution of EPC projects. Preparation and verification of running bills (RA bills). Measurement sheets, quantity reconciliation, and coordination with accounts and clients.
Cost Estimation & New Project Evaluation

Cost estimation for new SWM, STP, and infrastructure projects. BOQ preparation, rate analysis, budgeting, and value engineering. Support bid pricing and project feasibility assessments.

Qualifications & Skills



B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in structural design and EPC/infrastructure projects. Strong exposure to SWM, STP, and municipal infrastructure projects. Proficiency in STAAD / ETABS / SAFE / AutoCAD / MS Excel. Knowledge of IS Codes, CPWD/SoR rates, EPC billing, and government tender procedures. Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience



Experience with government / ULB infrastructure projects. DPR & RFP experience for environmental and municipal projects.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
