PEB detailers

who can bring accuracy, leadership, and some serious problem-solving chops to our team. Whether you love getting deep into the drawings, double-checking every bolt, or leading a crew of junior detailers--we've got a spot for you.

What you'll be doing:

Turning complex PEB concepts into precise shop, erection, and GA drawings. Reviewing and checking drawings like a hawk--quality and accuracy are non-negotiable. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, project managers, and even international clients. Preparing BOMs that are as clean as your detailing. Using CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent) + 3D tools to keep things sharp and up to standard. Mentoring junior detailers who look to you for guidance

You'll fit right in if you:

3+ years in PEB/structural steel detailing--you know the ropes. CAD wizardry (AutoCAD or equivalent) and a strong grip on steel structures + codes. Leadership skills--you can guide a team without micromanaging. Clear communication, sharp problem-solving, and enough Excel skills to keep data under control. A degree in Civil Engineering (or something close enough).
