BIM Modeller (3-5 Years)

Key Responsibilities

Create, develop, and manage 3D BIM models using Revit across multiple disciplines. Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and quantity take-offs. Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to identify and resolve design conflicts. Follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and maintain model integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders for design revisions and updates. Participate in clash detection workflows using Navisworks or BIM 360 and assist in resolving issues. Ensure compliance with BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and company BIM protocols. Export IFC models and other deliverables for client coordination and project submissions. Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation as per project requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

, including rendering and visualization tools. Working knowledge of

Navisworks

,

BIM 360

, and

AutoCAD

. Understanding of construction systems, BIM processes, and coordination workflows. Familiarity with international BIM standards and best practices. Excellent attention to detail with high modeling accuracy. Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multi-disciplinary models and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. BIM certification or formal BIM-related training is preferred (not mandatory).
