Coordinate Structural Design
: Facilitate the coordination of structural designs with other disciplines to resolve conflicts and optimize project outcomes.
Model Quality Control
: Perform regular quality checks and updates on models to maintain accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
Documentation and Reporting
: Generate comprehensive documentation and reports from BIM models to support construction planning and execution.
Lead and manage structural BIM projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other stakeholders to ensure design integration.
Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific standards.
Supervise and support a team of BIM Modelers and Engineers.
Monitor model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), clash detection, and resolution.
Ensure compliance with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192).
