Key Responsibilities
Conduct strength training sessions (group, or corporate).
Assess clients' fitness levels and design tailored workout programs.
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct form.
Incorporate functional training, mobility, and injury-prevention strategies.
Track client progress through measurable performance indicators.
Educate participants on strength training, nutrition basics, and recovery.
Ensure safe use of equipment and adherence to fitness best practices.
Organize workshops or wellness sessions for corporate clients (if applicable).
Stay updated on latest trends in strength training, sports science, and wellness.
Qualifications & Skills
Certification in Strength & Conditioning / Personal Training (ACE, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
Proven experience in strength training or athletic performance coaching.
Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
Ability to adapt training methods for different fitness levels and goals.
Knowledge of corporate wellness practices (preferred for organizational roles).
