We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with deep expertise in preparing authentic
Chinese and Indian street food
. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and experienced in high-paced kitchen environments, with the ability to produce flavorful, vibrant dishes that reflect the bold tastes of both cuisines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese and Indian street food dishes with consistency and authenticity.
Develop and enhance recipes for menu items such as:
Chinese:
Chow mein, momos, Manchurian, fried rice, chilli potato, etc.
Indian:
Pav bhaji, chaat, samosas, vada pav etc.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
Collaborate on seasonal or special event menus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Train junior kitchen staff, if necessary.
