Wells Fargo is seeking a Strategy & Planning Consultant.
In this role, you will:
Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements
Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
Consult with more experienced managers and staff to create and execute business plans that support the business strategy
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in HR Hire to Retire operations like Payroll, BGV, Benefits, L&D etc.
Experience/understanding of HR tools like Workday, Service Now etc.
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma
Should have consultative mindset
Should be able to identify and drive improvements, capacity assessment etc.
Should be able to lead small to large scale transformation
Exposure/Experience in tools like Tableau, Power Apps, Power BI etc. will be an added advantage
Should be good in creating impactful presentations
Job Expectations:
Working Hours- 1:30PM-10PM IST
