Key Responsibilities: Partner directly with the MD/CEO on high-priority projects and strategic decisions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to support business strategy. Drive execution of special projects across business units--product, operations, finance, marketing, and more. Develop business cases, strategic plans, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor key business metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Act as a liaison between the Founder and various internal/external stakeholders. Prepare briefs, reports, and documentation to support meetings, investor discussions, and board materials. ---
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to handle ambiguity and multi-task. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to craft clear, compelling presentations. High ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias toward action. Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is highly desirable.
