Role Purpose
A Strategy manager will be responsible for developing the business strategy for Colt. They will work with teams to develop data driven recommendations, lead strategic and tactical leadership, drive horizontal consistency across a tiered competitive strategy and implement it to develop and reach growth and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Developing the business strategy narrative and working closely with all parts of the business to develop an aligned, cross-functional strategy that interlocks with the global strategy.

• Gathering intelligence that will improve

competitive position and convert it into actionable sales strategies and prescribed sales motions.

• Coordinating and overseeing multiple cross-functional projects and strategies that have direct and meaningful impact on the business.

• Helping to identify strategic opportunities across the organisation, using external and internal insight to help influence strategic direction.

• Supporting external narrative and engagements for Colts leadership team.

Experience

• 10 years relevant experience in business strategy
• Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis (build business plans for strategic initiatives, market models, financial models, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of financial metrics - EBITDA, profitability, ratios etc.
