KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Business Strategy & Planning

Conduct market, competitor, and financial research. Develop business plans, growth strategies, and execution roadmaps. Build strategy decks, frameworks, and planning documents.

2. Systems & Process Architecture

Create SOPs, workflows, and operational systems. Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Develop dashboards, trackers, and management systems for teams.

3. Real Estate Strategy (If applicable)

Prepare feasibility reports, costing, ROI models, and pricing strategies. Assist with sales planning, marketing alignment, and project documentation. Support customer experience, branding, and channel partner activation.

4. Financial & Data Analysis

Build financial models, cost sheets, project budgets, and P&L simulations. Perform sensitivity analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning. Deliver clear analytical insights for leadership decision-making.

5. Leadership & Execution Enablement

Coordinate across sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams. Track deliverables, KPIs, follow-ups, and weekly performance reviews. Support senior leaders with structured strategy execution.

6. Research, Documentation & Thought Leadership

Prepare whitepapers, reports, presentations, and strategic documents. Analyze industry trends and emerging opportunities. Contribute to the company's knowledge base and frameworks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
