CTG is seeking to fill a Strategy Consultant - Generalist position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Support enterprise and functional strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving.
Conduct market, competitive, and internal capability assessments to inform strategic recommendations.
Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
Collaborate across business units to align strategic priorities and ensure cohesive execution.
Act as a connective resource between functional teams, translating strategy into actionable initiatives.
Assist with planning, facilitation, and documentation of strategy workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Track progress against strategic objectives and support performance measurement and reporting.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Broad understanding of business functions (e.g., operations, finance, technology, marketing).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency with common business analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related role.
Demonstrated experience working across multiple functional areas rather than a single specialization.
Experience supporting senior leaders with strategic analysis and recommendations preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
