Role Overview:
As a Strategy Consultant, you will be involved in building GBS/GCC advisory solutions for the clients -advising clients on GCC opportunity assessment, offshoring/sourcing strategy, peer bench-marking, business case development, location assessment and talent strategy, defining target operating model, and writing thought leadership and reports. You will collaborate with marketing, sales teams and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients across the GCC lifecycle - including GCC opportunity assessment, offshoring/sourcing strategy, peer bench-marking, location assessment, business case development, talent strategy, and defining target operating model

• Lead comprehensive market research, competitive bench-marking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and strategic risks

• Develop best practice material on various GBS topics to be used by teams or shared with clients

• Contribute to building sector/topic teams and suggesting emerging sector/topic based on client demand

• Develop additional proprietary knowledge like creation of databases, supporting whitepapers and internal knowledge documents

• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive communication, effectively telling the story behind the data

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering or related field; Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

• 3-5 years of consulting experience in GBS/Shared Services/GCC sector strongly preferred

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PPT

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives is desirable.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence
